profiles: unmask app-laptop/hdaps-gl.
I've added myself as the maintainer of this package, which, amazingly,
still works well given that the latest release is from 2005. I've
contacted the maintainer of hdapsd and tp_smapi to see if he wants to
adopt it on Github. Otherwise, I may do so myself to add an autotools
build system. The code seems decent enough and the program is tiny so
I'm optimistic. Also, I have the hardware to play with it.
