dev-libs/libdbusmenu: drop unused libxml2 / dbus-glib
Upstream may be dead since 2016, but they dropped libxml2 since *2011*,
tagged as 0.3.98. And dbus-glib was migrated to gdbus in 0.3.90, even
earlier.
