sys-fs/bcachefs-tools: Bump to 1.6.4
- Removed bindgen crate as it is now included in the GitHub
- Dependency list updated
- Refactor live ebuild to reflect new dependencies
- Port to eclass llvm-r1
- Remove LLVM dependency as bindgen only needs libclang
