app-arch/cfv: add 3.2.0 and Python 3.14 support
* The manpage installs properly now, remove the related workaround.
* Tests fail unless -e is used, we use `test/test.py -e --exit-early` to
match upstream's CI command:

* Add the MIT license to match upstream's setup.py.
* Drop removed Python 3.10 target.
