Revert "dev-python/lxml: Bump to 6.0.0"

This reverts commit 420ccf6a7b17d068abf89df6df2e412e0f852611.

Patch file wasn't committed and src_prepare fails. Reverting for now so people
don't try to update unsuccessfully.
