media-libs/openimageio: add 3.0.8.1
Ship our own WebPConfig.cmake
Avoid OPENIMAGEIO_DEBUG induced test failures in consumers by passing NDEBUG
unless USE=debug is passed.
Make more tests pass by setting OPENIMAGEIO_FONTS.
