media-video/vdr: use-flag permashift,support for acct/guid handling
for the next gentoo-vdr-scripts version
with acct/{user,group} handling
we have to change the old homedir
/var/vdr to /var/lib/vdr.
this affects also the VIDEODIR
first improvement in this version.
