dev-qt/qt-docs: add 6.8.1_p202411221531

Few notes:
* qtwebengine docs/examples unfortunately still seem to be missing,
  albeit they can still be found in the qtwebengine source tarball
  itself so it's likely a mistake
* upstream finally cleaned out these "empty" archives that we were
  (mostly) skipping except qtsvg examples that just realized were
  also empty
* reviewed the whole list for anything missing and seem had overlooked
  the qtstatemachine and qtspatialaudio documentation, everything
  should be here now (that is available anyway), incl. the previously
  skipped qtwayland examples due to the inconsistent path
* archives no longer have Examples/ Docs/ subdirectories which causes a
  mess if all unpacked in the same directory, so there is now a custom
  src_unpack to split them again rather than rely on messy globs
* uncommented `|| die`, formerly avoided due to being global scope but
  it's a similar deal as eclasses using die for sanity checks like
  unsupported EAPI and guess ebuilds can do it too
