kde-plasma/kwin: kwin-x11 split; update dependencies, add IUSE xwayland
- Consolidate media-libs/mesa USEdeps egl(+),gbm(+) => opengl
- dev-qt/qtbase[X]: using private/qtx11extras_p.h in src/helpers/killer
