dev-libs/rapidjson: fix build if USE="doc"
by applying the upstream patch to expand the glob.
Affter the minimum required CMake version was raised from 2.8 to 3.5 in
the last commit, Ninja reports:
> ninja: error: 'doc/Doxyfile*', needed by 'doc/html', missing and no known rule to make it
