sci-geosciences/grass: disable py3.14 in shadowed 8.4.1-r2
8.4.1-r2 is shadowed in ~arch by 8.4.2, but we want to stable 8.4.1-r2
ASAP for flexiblas (which is already stable), so drop 3.14 from 8.4.1-r2
as we can't stable py3.14-capable matplotlib+wpxython quickly.
