media-libs/mlt: Fix build w/ media-video/ffmpeg-8
Since upstream continues to not release a 7.34.0, let's use this patch
(scrubbed) by "crabbed halo ablution" (thanks!).
Because the patch is so big, and this is a stable ebuild, it was put
behind a conditional on has_version ">=media-video/ffmpeg-8".
