dev-db/redis: add 8.0.0
- Redis is newly available under AGPL-3 license [1].
- Add MIT license for bundled fast_float.
- Active defrag eval scripts test no longer fails (bug #851654). But
newly, Active defrag for argv retained by the main thread from IO
thread: cluster test fails, therefore, the test is skipped; the issue
was reported upstream [2].
