dev-cpp/glog: keyword 0.6.0 for ~loong
The "symbolize" test case failed (mis-identified the main function as
google::thread_msg_data), but all other features are apparently
working.
As the problem's root cause isn't identified for now, but the impact
is only potentially inaccurate symbol names in backtraces, the
keywording is done nevertheless to unblock more important packages
(specifically ibus-rime or one of its deps). The bug will be tracked
later in the LoongArch community.
