dev-python/pydantic: Early bump to 2.0_beta2
Bump to the 2.0_beta2 prerelease. This version probably breaks stuff.
It depends on dev-python/pydantic-core that segfaults on pypy3 for me
(Rust, sigh). There are also some test failures with Python 3.12
but that's not surprising.
