dev-db/mariadb: add 10.11.10
Changes:
- migrate from deprecated tc-ld-disable-gold to tc-ld-force-bfd
- reorder variables as suggested by pkgcheck
- wrap long comment
Known test failures:
- main.mysqld--help-aria test fails but it seems to be minor issue, it
is related to [1].
- mail.log_slow test fails. It does not look like a major issue, but I
am not sure.
