sci-calculators/transcalc: add 0.14.1
0.14.0-r3, although it contained GCC14 build fixes, still
had issues with C99 in autotools.
Imported the tarball into git, applied our fixes, and
ported the build system to Meson since Autotools was
beyond saving.
