dev-perl/Net-SSLeay: Bump to version 1.800.0
- Use DIST_EXAMPLES feature
Upstream:
- OpenSSL 1.1 support
- Fix unexpected perl flow control w/ tickey key callbacks
- Fix inline variable declarations
- Fix compiling against compression-free openssl
