sys-auth/nss_ldap: update EAPI 5 -> 7
* Port to EAPI 7
* Drop unused inherits (multilib)
* Use consistent ${EPREFIX}/usr/$(get_libdir) for both multilib native
and non-native
* Tidy src_configure logic using array
* Sort inherits
* Add missing || dies
