profiles/arch/hppa: unmask newer kernels
They seem fine for me now, at least w/ 6.17.8, and not seen any other
reports of this. I suspect it's been fixed since by either various
HPPA correctness stuff that landed or other tree-wide fixes.
This also keeps confusing nattka for gentoo-sources stable bugs.
