Forcing clang and libcxx:
- v8 is broken with GCC - https://bugs.chromium.org/p/v8/issues/detail?id=14449
- webrtc is broken with libstdc++ https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=101227

- libcxx requires clang anyway
- stable release very soon
