profiles/arch/hppa: mask sys-kernel/installkernel[systemd]
The systemd implementation of installkernel doesn't currently support
updating the 'initramfs.img' and 'vmlinuz' symlinks that palo needs,
and palo is the only bootloader for HPPA.
