profiles/arch/loong: mask dev-libs/rocksdb[jemalloc]
The C interop test case fails with USE=jemalloc, due to corruption
detected by free() in running global ctors/dtors. While the other test
cases passed, it's better to stay safe with USE=jemalloc masked.
