sys-apps/kexec-tools: Fix UKI loading when Secure Boot is enabled
Since v2.0.31, kexec-tools can load UKIs. However, as of v2.0.32,
kexec-tools can only successfully load UKIs when Secure Boot is
disabled; when it is enabled, UKI signature verification would fail.
Upstream has already applied a commit that fixes the issue, which is
included in the new patch this commit adds, and will be part of the next
upstream release.
