xdg-utils.eclass: disable fdatasync() in update-mime-database
This speeds up installation dramatically on slow disks, and may reduce
wear on solid state storage.
Portage will call 'sync' after installation if FEATURES="merge-sync" is
enabled, so the risk should be small.
