dev-libs/gobject-introspection: restore dev-libs/gobject-introspection-common dep
This partly reverts commit 0c9d2b3efc595e823a6e722d3c342b3494ee38ff.
Sorry, this was an obvious oversight I should've spotted. Reverse dependencies
of g-i may be depending on this. It can be removed after tinderboxing in
future, after some discussion as to if we want g-i to be providing this
or not (I think we don't, but we'll discuss).
