app-crypt/sequoia-chameleon-gnupg: Remove GNUPGHOME logic from tests
Remove the unnecessary GNUPGHOME logic from tests -- upstream test code
overrides GNUPGHOME internally, so this is never used. Furthermore,
they actually expects the warning about insecure permissions -- all
tests fail if we run with `umask 077`.
