sys-libs/libunwind: revert "don't enable USE=static-libs by default"
This reverts commit 80060a9a59c525eb77d95eba9a234ce6566f4b51.
sys-libs/libcxxabi requires sys-libs/libunwind[static-libs] enabled
by default. Let's change the default in a revbump.
