dev-perl/DateTime-Format-Natural: Bump to version 1.110.0
Upstream:
- By confiration, permit "8/10" to mean "October 8"
- Allow mm/dd and dd/mm as valid formats
- Improve format matching regexes
- Clarify documentation for formats
- Fail when parsing dd/mm or mm/dd with an explicit ymd-format
