games-emulation/pcsx2: add 2.6.2
pcsx2 has this system for a while where it does an automated pre-release every commits, but seems this also happens when they push any commit to the stable branch so we keep getting these near-identical non-pre releases as well. Depending on pace and if fixes sound important, may debate delaying "releases" a bit to get more fixes at once rather than 1 fix/release. As far as I can tell, the commit for 2.6.1 was game-specific and not particularly urgent, and the one for 2.6.2 is fixing a debugger issue which (most) users probably aren't using and it could've waited a bit.
