dev-perl/YAML: Bump to version 1.210.0
Upstream:
- Fix warnings with "used only once" with $YAML::Indent and friends
- Empty mapping values at EOF now resolves to 'null' instead of
empty string.
- Name the problem key when warning about duplicate keys.
- Add support for reading and writing to IO::Handle
