dev-perl/Data-ObjectDriver: Bump to version 0.200.0
Upstream:
- Fix shipping incorrect LICENSE file ( now reflects the license
indicated in all the .pm files )
- Use DBI::SQL_VARCHAR instead of DBI::SQL_BINARY for data_type
'binchar' with DBD::SQLite
