dev-perl/Email-Sender: Bump to version 1.300.30

- Restore previously broken test
- Enable parallel testing
Upstream:
- Fix bug with double-encoding
- avoid unitialised warning when delivering to maildir
- Include port and host in SMTP failure errors
- SMTP Transport now uses Net::SMTP for SSL and StartTLS
- Email::Sender::Util->easy_transport made public
- localpart quoting made closer to RFC 821
