media-gfx/fbida: Replace USE=pdf with USE=ghostscript
- Currently fbpdf is not optional, so make all its dependencies unconditional
- fbgs is optional, so make that RDEPEND on app-text/ghostscript-gpl again
when USE=ghostscript
