dev-python/setuptools: backdate keywords added later on
The new dependency is the only change that would've necessitated
dropping keywords and restoring these post-keywording makes
picking a stabilisation candidate easier.
Plus, packages.gentoo.org/{e,p}showkw looks nicer ;)
