dev-perl/FCGI: Bump to version 0.790.0
- EAPI7
- Ensure CFLAGS passed to make/compiler
Upstream:
- Check socket path length in OS_{CreateLocalIpcFd,OS_FcgiConnect}
to avoid buffer overrun
- Fix memory leak in ProcessManagementRecord()
Security:
- This includes fixes for both memory leaks and buffer overruns, and may
be subject to security issues
