x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: drop vulnerable 580.95.05 (again)
Was brought back because of bug #969413 (kernel panic on shutdown),
but the cause has been identified and can be worked around even if
not ideal.
There may still be other problems but would rather not encourage
users to stick to a known vulnerable version.
