x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: stabilize 580.126.09-r1 for amd64
Like the pkg_postinst message should note, if you have console-related
issues that you did not have with 580.126.09-r0, may want to either
force fbdev=0 in /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf or experiment with kernel
settings. For most users it should work as-is though.
If needed, keeping fbdev=0 (likely forever) is "typically" fine as long
as you do not enable CONFIG_DRM_SIMPLEDRM which dist-kernels might by
default in the future.
