app-office/libreoffice-bin: fix Java dependency
* remove java-pkg-opt-2 inherit: `virtual/jre` is just a runtime dependency,
not needed for building/installing the package.
* libreoffice-bin supports any Java runtime (version >= 1.8) available
in Gentoo tree
It could even been converted to optfeature instead of RDEPEND, but Java is
frecuently used in many components (Calc, Base).
