www-client/firefox-l10n: new package, add 149.0
Split functionality for installing translated language files from the main
Firefox ebuild into this. In the future, this will make it easier for users to
use the official binpkg while selecting their own translated language support.
There's also no need to recompile the whole browser anymore to add or remove
language translation support.
Keywords are synced with known arches of Firefox, since the functionality is
100 % taken from the Firefox ebuild and it should've worked with these arches
before. This ebuild also doesn't compile anything, just installs pre-packaged
files.
Currently no plans to "slot" or "fake-slot" this package, as only one can be
installed at a time and dependency should be controlled via the main Firefox
package (www-client/firefox:rapid, www-client/firefox:esr).
