app-admin/collectd: Rev bump to add Python 3.6 support and to address bug #577846
Ebuild changes:

- Added support for Python 3.6
- The problem with linux-headers-4.5 are resolved in newer versions.
Therefore depedencies were adjusted (bug #577846).
