games-arcade/rocksndiamonds: Drop obsolete patch
Bogus ebuild was committed by mistake :S
Fedora stopped applying their patch and no other distribution is neither
applying it. If it needs to be reintroduced, it should be upstreamed in
some way to not keep it applying it downstream for more years.
