media-sound/ncmpc: add 0.52 with small improvements
Changes in top-down order:
- add USE=colors
- reformat IUSE
- add := to libfmt & libmpdclient
- add dev-lang/ruby to RDEPEND
- take advantege of meson_feature where possible
I cannot reproduce the last bug with 0.5[12]
