www-client/w3m: add 0.5.6
- Conditionally use git snapshot logic when the version name indicates a snapshot
- Remove --std=gnu17: w3m compiles with modern C starting with 0.5.4
- Remove flag-o-matic eclass. Pkgcheck noted this was unused.
