app-i18n/uim: add 1.9.6, qt6
use dot-a for static-libs
use xdg for desktopfile
use anthy-unicode (the module is still anthy-utf8)
add xft in X requirements
add X for qtbase and gtk
add gtk packages (glib, gdk-pixbuf, cairo, pango)
force nls (3 files in po) otherwise the desktop file is invalid
disable maintainer-mode and rm librsvg, not needed w/ a release tarball
add missing die
messages slightly reworked
musl is still broken
