sys-kernel/mips-sources: add 5.4.294, drop 5.4.289
Includes a simple patch sourced from sys-kernel/gentoo-sources to
fix gcc-1.5.x's -std=gnu23 enforcement on 5.4.x kernels, but only
for the mips architecture target.
