Revert "net-misc/asterisk: drop 18.26.4"
This reverts commit cbedc74755d2c0aa31ca1e416b0430744ed6238b.
Old -opus and -g729 would need to be cleaned up too and this blocks
stabilisation of the newer versions without manual intervention
because some versions for that package have a broken depgraph.
