kde5.eclass: KDE_TEST=forceoptional-recursive reloaded
Searches for test subdirectory pattern in CMakeLists.txt recursively,
enclose it with BUILD_TESTING conditional.
Creates unified diff to easily pick up for cosmetics and submission
upstream.
