Dropped KDE_MINIMAL="4.2" - it's implicit (set in eclass) and forcing it ebuild makes it impossible to override in
make.conf. I guess KDE_MINIMAL="${KDE_MINIMAL:-kde_slot}" should be set in ebuilds for greater flexibility in a
future.
