kdelibs:
- on the second thought - better not split plasma from kdelibs - it would need checking all OpenGL references to
plasma in all ebuilds requiring plasna (to avoid issues when disabled OpenGL use flag disabled plasma as well and
the other way around, which could cause unnecessary bug reports) - as well managing plasma USE deps may be a bit of
nightmare
- drop explicit opengl from IUSE, it's already managed by OPENGL_REQUIRED
- drop explicit virtual/opengl from deps, it's already in qt-opengl
